Diese Datenschutzerklärung gilt für die App „Ratio Math" auf iOS und Android.
Ratio Math verarbeitet keine personenbezogenen Daten. Die App braucht keine Internetverbindung, hat kein Benutzerkonto, keine Werbung, kein Tracking und keine Analyse-Dienste. Wir betreiben keinen Server und erhalten keine Daten von dir.
Damit du dort weiterspielen kannst, wo du aufgehört hast, legt die App folgende Daten ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät ab:
• Spielfortschritt: erreichte Level, Punkte, Ergebnisse der Tagesrätsel, beste Endlos-Serie
• persönliche Bestenliste (Top 10) mit Punkten, Zeit und Datum
• Statistik: gespielte und gelöste Rätsel, Fehler, verwendete Tipps
• angefangene Rätsel, um sie fortsetzen zu können
• Einstellungen: Erscheinungsbild, Schriftgröße, Sound, Haptik
Diese Daten enthalten keinen Namen, keine Kennung und keinen Bezug zu deiner Person. Sie verlassen das Gerät nicht.
Die App fordert keine Berechtigungen an – keinen Zugriff auf Internet, Standort, Kontakte, Fotos oder Mikrofon.
Den Kauf wickelt Apple (App Store) bzw. Google (Google Play) ab. Wir erhalten dabei keine Zahlungs- oder Kontodaten von dir. Für diese Verarbeitung gelten die Datenschutzerklärungen von Apple bzw. Google.
Nach einigen gelösten Rätseln fragt die App, ob du sie bewerten möchtest. Angezeigt und abgewickelt wird diese Abfrage vom Betriebssystem bzw. vom App Store und von Google Play – wir erfahren weder, ob sie erschienen ist, noch wie du reagierst. Eine abgegebene Bewertung ist öffentlich und liegt bei Apple bzw. Google; dafür gelten deren Datenschutzerklärungen. Die App selbst sendet dabei nichts an uns.
Wenn du die App deinstallierst, werden alle lokal gespeicherten Daten entfernt. Da wir keine Daten von dir speichern, ist keine Anfrage an uns nötig.
Nach der DSGVO hast du das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Da alle Daten ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät liegen, kannst du diese Rechte direkt dort ausüben. Bei Fragen erreichst du uns unter office@actioratio.at. Du hast außerdem das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren – in Österreich ist das die Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).
Die App ist für alle Altersstufen geeignet und erhebt keine Daten – auch nicht von Kindern.
Wir passen diese Erklärung an, wenn sich die App oder die Rechtslage ändert. Die jeweils aktuelle Fassung findest du in der App unter Einstellungen → Datenschutzerklärung und unter https://actioratio.github.io/ratiomath/privacy.html.

This privacy policy applies to the app "Ratio Math" on iOS and Android.
Ratio Math does not process any personal data. The app needs no internet connection, has no user account, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics. We run no server and receive no data from you.
So that you can continue where you left off, the app keeps the following data locally on your device only:
• game progress: levels reached, scores, daily challenge results, best endless run
• your personal high score list (top 10) with score, time and date
• statistics: puzzles played and solved, mistakes, hints used
• unfinished puzzles, so they can be resumed
• settings: appearance, text size, sound, haptics
This data contains no name, no identifier and no link to you as a person. It never leaves the device.
The app requests no permissions – no access to the internet, location, contacts, photos or microphone.
The purchase is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive any payment or account data from you. Apple's and Google's privacy policies apply to that processing.
After a few solved puzzles the app asks whether you would like to rate it. The prompt is shown and handled by the operating system, the App Store and Google Play – we learn neither whether it appeared nor how you responded. A rating you submit is public and held by Apple or Google under their privacy policies. The app itself sends us nothing.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. Since we store nothing about you, no request to us is needed.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. As all data lives solely on your device, you can exercise these rights there directly. For questions, contact office@actioratio.at. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority – in Austria the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data – from children or anyone else.
We update this policy when the app or the legal situation changes. The current version is available in the app under Settings → Privacy Policy and at https://actioratio.github.io/ratiomath/privacy.html.
